After 18 years dealing with another medical supply company I finally had enough and fired them. I contacted the manufacturer of the products I use and asked them for another supply company that carried their product and they referred me to Comfort Medical. The onboarding was a breeze, the ordering was simple, they didn't charge what they thought was my deductible because they contacted my insurance company and found that my deductible has been met for the year ( I had to get reimbursed with every order of the first 6 months of the year from my prior supplier because they just assumed I had not met my deductible) and the delivery was right on time. Comfort Medical is a hit in my book!

I've never had issues with getting orders. Customer service is great and has always answered my questions satisfactorily.
