Easy reorder online!!

Fine job but would prefer to order ostomy products via website whereas I can review different products available. It is to difficult to discuss product info over phone have to have ability to look at supplies. Like Save Rite Medical has ostomy supplies via their website whereas you can look and see the products it is much better then trying to talk to operator associate...

FedEx screwed it up. lost and then found my shipment. Arrive three days after initial promised delivery date. Otherwise the experience was good.

All of my experiences with Comfort Medical are really great, but sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone when you have to be on hold. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Thank you!!

Thanks to a phone call from a representative, I got my order. I had ordered online, but it was stuck in processing. I think I will stick with ordering by phone for now. Super friendly and helpful!!
