I emailed the the qty and item numbers and they did not send what I asked for and waited on hold for a half hour only to get disconnected. Very frustrated

It was nightmare getting through to this company. Ever since they merged with Rocky Moutian Medical it’s been nothing but a hassle. I’m over it and will be finding a different provider.

No direct way to get in touch with your rep. Problems with their delivery process. Will definitely go back to my earlier supplier.

very user friendly, very very helpful as I was down to a 7 day supply and very concerned that I would run out as my supplier told me they would no longer be able to supply me the catheters because of an insurance change. Called Comfort their people were so kind and helpful and felt my concern and pain. By Saturday I had 300 catheters at my front door. What an answer to prayer, to relieve my deep concern. Thank you so much!!! Jack

First time customer. Got my supplies very fast. The box wasn’t taped very well. Part of invoice was sticking out of box and it was smashed on one side. There was one item missing. I called from the email number you sent me. Very thoughtful and helpful, but was sent wrong item. I called again and the correct item was resent. Thank you
