Got my shipment next day. Great service!!

My order was only half of what I usually receive. The package came beat up and opened. The packaging usually comes pretty beat up. I’m disappointed.

All the representatives have been very helpful. They have all been great and have answered all our questions and have taken their time with us.

Had to order twice, ran out of catheters before order arrived, supplies delivered amounted to less than half of what was ordered and needed for the month. Not happy, very disappointed as these supplies are a necessity for a quadriplegic. Could not be more disappointed.

Comfort accomplished in just two days what a local medical supply company could not in over a month, namely, coordinating with my doctor for needed documentation, working proactively with my insurer, and getting the supplies on order and promptly delivered. Excellent work!
