Aiden Creamer and Joanne Folk were very helpful in getting me set up with products to help me with my new journey with my ileostomy. They were helpful and accommodating to a very old and anxious person who didn't have a clue how to care for my new stoma. Thank you for your support and guidance

I am confused as to why I came home from vacation and found a package from you (which I have not opened). I called after you sent the last order and you promptly arranged for a pickup for return to you. I am sure it will be straightened out, but my insurance covers another agency; since I am only allowed one company, I am staying with my current provider.

The only problem I had was a week delay in my shipment because my in-home nursing company did not send in the paperwork they were supposed to. However, had I known the issue I could have inserted myself into the situation and got the matter resolved. After I found out what the problem was I did call the nursing service and get the matter taken care of. Also, I had previously used Hollister pouches without problem, but for some reason the shipment I got does not allow a pouch to stay on for more than a day.
