Due to change in insurance coverage was having extreme difficulties getting supplies. One call to comfort Medical and supplies were ordered and arrived 7 days later. Awesome customer service and truly understands what life is like living with an ostomy.

i had to call multiple times to get my order processed. My PCP had to fax the orders on 3 different days. Each time I was told that the orders were not received. Finally, my PCP's office called and they were told that the fax had been received and the order was processed. This is totally unacceptable. I spent too much time on the phone trying to get the order processed. The PCP has proof that each fax went through, so I believe that there is an issue with your employees not checking the faxes in a timely fashion.

I want to thank several women at Comfort Medical Supply for the help they gave me in a medical emergency this past week (today is Friday, June 11, 2021). The situation I found myself in was that when, as a retiree, I ran out of catheters first at my home in New Jersey and then later, as a retiree,I flew from my home in New Jersey to my daughter's home in California for five weeks, I soon ran out of the catheters I use. These women--Sandy, Michell, Andria spelling?)--who answered the phone at Comfort Medical Supplies, resupply number. Worked very hard to get me more catheters overnight at each of those two locations. I very much appreciate their personal helpfulness. Sincerely, John W. Chambers
