It has always been efficient.

My first order was easy with a very helpful representative, Christine. The shipment came surprisingly quick with a follow up from Pete to see if order was correct. It was a great experience.

the only problem I can only see one order on the app. I have a colostomy and a urostomy, two different doctors two different orders but only see one on the app. somebody was suppose to contact me 2 days ago to help with the problem, still waiting

Rep. Is very efficient and friendly. She worked very hard to get me the catheters I wanted and comfortable with. My catheter r exactly what I needed very easy to use.

There was a lot of confusion over my daughter's Peristeen order. I'm not sure it was all on Comfort Medical, but I thought everything was worked out and still no order. So I had to call CM myself and ask what was the problem. They said they were still waiting on a document from my insurance company (which had already been sent earlier). So anyways...unless I called them back...I don't think I would've rec'd a phone call telling me this is what we're waiting to get your daughter's order out the door. But overall, CM seems to be a good company.

Fast efficient service

I would like to be able to change the quantity or add to the order instead of just copying the last order when I use the app.
