Long delay in shipping and processing. Very difficult to reach anyone regarding the delays. Email sent and not answered.

I came to these people after dealing with the clowns at south park. ( edge park ). edge park is like the t v show. their a joke. shouldn't be in business. since coming to comfort medical I have been treated like royalty . by both office and staff personal. these people have gone far above what normal people would do. comfort medical has my utmost respect and gratitude. both upper and lower tier people. thank you for the fantastic service.

I was getting my ostomy supplys from another company and was a nigtmare for over a year. I was told about comfort medical by my insurance company so I gave them a call and so glad I did. In just 10 min on the phone my order was taken by a very pleasant woman that help me every step of the way . In 4 days I received my full order,I was amazed to get it so quick and it was perfect . Unlike the other company I used I was sent all my Hollister brand supplys. I am so thankful for the service I received from comfort medical, I will be using them from now on. Thank you so much!
