Comfort Medical is exactly that - a Comfort! I am new to the ileostomy world and wasn’t sure of my needs or how to go about getting supplies. The customer service rep is so helpful, guiding and explaining and contacting my surgeon for orders. I didn’t have to do anything except wait for my order to arrive. The arrival was a lot faster than I thought it would be. Within 5 days Comfort Medical got the order from my doctor and the supplies were at my house! Can’t ask for better service than that! Thank you!

No hassles fast professional service

It took far too long to get registered -- more than a week I believe. Then, I ordered supplies with certain requirements, i.e. ostomy bags cut to one and 1/8 inch, and they said they only had one inch or 1 and 3/8ths inch, so I said the 1 and 3/8ths inch would be okay, but they sent One Inch Only, which may be very tight when I try them. I spent enough time with one person, looking up numbers, sizes,. etc., for my supplies by getting out all of the boxes and reading numbers to her. Then later, when talking to a different person, she had me get all of the boxes out again etc., and give her the number all over again even though I told her I had already given that to the first person (by name), but she said she wanted it all again. Otherwise, all were friendly and anxious to help. - Louise Morse
