Helped with all my ostomy supplies and help with my insurance.

I still have yet to get the medical supplies i need. I was sent the wrong bags so i was told that ups or someone like that would come and pick up the boxes of bags. Even doing so i have not received the correct ones. Yes i have been on the phone multiple times with my family dr and my surgeon not to count endless calls to your company. I hate giveing bad reviews but its my health and its starting to get scary i have a feeling i am going to be in the hospital because no one knows what the other person is doing and its honestly sad. I do hope things change and no one else has to go through what i am.

Over the phone personnel are very unfriendly and not very helpful. The company seems very unorganized. Not a good experience for anyone let alone someone who is suffering in some way and therefore seeing your products.

The whole process was easy, and everything was delivered quickly and complete.

We are so glad to have switched to Comfort Medical. You have been amazing compared to the last company and understand the constraints that we are all dealing with.

I have dealt with Byram healthcare for 2 years and have been extremely disappointed. I want reliability and consistency and obviously did not get that from them. I get the same order every month so it should not be difficult to fulfill every month. Curtisa seems like she knows what she is doing so I am hoping for a long and stress free relationship. So far, so good.
