The customer service representative was very helpful with insurance coverage and what I could order. The supplies came in a very quickly.

Had some initial communication issues between Comfort Medical and the surgeon’s office re: prescription. That slowed the process. Once the script went through everything went well and quickly.

Minimal amount of effort needed on our part

I had some issues with medical coverage, but everyone at Comfort worked to get them resolved in a timely manner. I was afforded free samples when my shipment was delayed because of the insurance issue which was greatly appreciated. It is great to always get superb service, but it how a company reacts to problems that makes all the difference. Keep up the good work!
