I really like the customer service and products from this company and appreciate on getting these deliveries here so quick but I have one complaint that when I first signed up with comfort medical and asked for some samples before I put an order in and you all did the opposite sent me a whole months script instead of giving me the samples to make sure I like the product and it actually works and unfortunately I had to send the product back to you all because they were too big in size, these 16fr speedy and soft caths are bigger than the ones I've been using which are the bard 16fr plastic cathaters with lube and iodine swabs so I ended up having to go with 14frs they are alot better thank you for your business and look forward to continue on being your customer have a blessed day

Delivery was made on time, I was moving some of stored item around and found a large supply of supplies that I didn't know I had , I will l we t You know when they run out and I have to reorder

The staff was very helpful in talking to me about my order, and ordering it!!! I had a problem about my order, and they were able to clear it up for me!!! I am back on track again, Thank You!!!

Very good on order good job

Instead of pouches, which is one thing I cannot live without, you sent me Foam Wound Dressings! 6 boxes of them! And then you are closed on the weekends so I can't even talk to someone about this to get a rush order sent to my home immediately. I'm very frustrated right now.
