Faith, your Customer Service Professional, was great. She asked all the right questions, carefully listened, and was able to overnight the items that I needed.

I have had problems getting the catheter that I use, I think they have been out of stock. When this happens there is no real communication and this causes stress for me. In addition you provided an alternative and increased the quantity to three months. This alternative was very difficult for me to use and I believe caused my normal UTI to escape infecting my penis. When I returned the catheters and received my normal kind the packing slip was incorrect. it showed way more catheters than I received. I called and was told that it would be corrected, but no additional catheters have arrived nor any communications either. I have difficulty talking so I do better with email, this is ineffective as you just call me telling me to call you. I would like better communications especially when delays are happening and through email if possible. I need to check again on the missing catheters as I am concerned that insurance issue will happen. As you are aware being without catheters would be very bad so these issues need to be improved.
