Great service, timely deliveries, just wish we got more prep pads. I understand you all have no control over that ..

I was expecting to receive intermittent male catheters with the sliding sleeve device that prevents touching the catheter. No sleeve on these. Moreover, both shipments were mis-addressed, lacking my apartment number, even though I called you after the first order was delayed to ensure you had the correct address (you did). Somewhere, my account address information was truncated between ordering and shipping. The first box (170 catheters), already two days late due to addressing errors, arrived soaking wet, as though UPS had carried in through a storm and dropped it in a puddle. Even the interior boxes were saturated. This may be UPS's problem, but I would think sterile medical supplies would be properly waterproofed within the shipping box. Just put all the boxes in a plastic bag before packing in the cardboard carton. Finally, your very courteous and helpful ordering representative (Yvonne) took great pains to ask me to be sure to mail the card enclosed in the shipment, documenting that I had ordered the supplies (the prescription was sent directly from my doctor). No such card was included with the shipment. I will not be-reordering.

Great customer service

The beginning of the ostomy experience is not only scary, but it is confusing trying to decide the right product and procedures. I dealt with several suppliers and was given different information from them all. Upon contacting Comfort Medical all questions were answered, and the staff treated me as if they were truly concerned in helping me. Through their guidance I was able to place my first order and to my astonishment received it only 2 days later. In today's time this is amazing, and I am thankful that there is still a company in this world that truly cares for their customers
