Very courteous over the phone and fished order very quickly!

My experience was interesting because originally they had the wrong address am I shipping it went to someone else when I called them about it they said to me no problem they took the proper address and my shipment was been sent to me that was a win-win for me

Everyone was very helpful with the change over from another Medical Supply company.

Hi. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was the fact that I had to call to make sure everything was in place for our first shipment. It was not, as it turns out. It is just so hard as a guardian to have to always be "checking up" on different parties involved in the process. I discovered that a fax was sent to Lynn's urologist with a number out of place. I also discovered that Lynn's orthopedist was contacted to authorize Lynn's catheter supplies. Fortunately, they called me, and I was able to assure them that the urologist was the one needing to authorize those supplies. So many phone calls for what should have been a pretty easy process. Anyway, my contact at Comfort Medical was kind, appropriately concerned, and anxious to rectify the situation. I just wish I had not been the one who discovered there was a problem.

I had to return my order and the lady on the other end was very helpful. Although, she mentioned that someone would call me with a number for me to write on the box for when the FedEx person came to pick it up. But I did not get the call and the FedEx person said that it was alright as he had the slip printed already.

everything was handled great supplies were shipped overnight

My ostomy supplies were ordered through my nurse, which I know that they received because they called with a product switch. After not receiving my supplies for 2 weeks, I had to call about them. My order had not been filled and was lost in the system. After promising expedited shipping and still not receiving them for another three days, I had to call back again. It took another two days for them to come. These supplies are a necessity and that understanding did not seem to be grasped by the people I talked to. THIS WAS MY FIRST ORDER/EXPERIENCE!

It took too long for my order to be shipped. I was a customer in Nov. of 21, had a reversal that didn't work so had to order supplies for ileostomy, ran out of supplies before they could re-instate my account. Finally got my supplies whin two weeks of ordering. I am still a customer.
