My Experience with Comfort Medical
I had a very good experience when ordering my Ostomy supplies. I needed to change couple things & had no problem doing it.. and supplies were delivered to my house within 2 weeks time. Only one time did i have someone kinda rude on phone..that was when I had received something in my monthly supplies that i DIDn't order & had no clue how to use & they didn't fit so I had no use for them. I called to find out if & how I could retun & told lady i had opened one box to see what they were & used one (or tried) she was not very nice & told me I didn't get it from there. Umm..yes I did since they were in the box with all my usual supplies ^ noi the item was NOT on my order sheet as I DIDN"T ORDER THEM! Took a while but she finally seen the light after I told her the item number. But still couldn't send themback so now I am stuck with them.
