Two weeks since ordering our ileostomy bags and we still don’t have them! The correct code was given however the wrong bag was sent. Promised to receive by UPS on Saturday and of course nothing showed up. Very disappointed when I have been calling all week to ensure we would have them sooner than later since we are going away. No one listens to the consumer anymore!

Customer Service Agents are so great!!! They are so courteous and extremely helpful. I can't thank them enough for their assistance. Every person no matter what company they are working with, should experience customer service of this magnitude. Thank you Comfort Medical.
