I actually REALLY like their coffee and tried quite a few different roasts and brands but when I had an issue it was like pulling teeth to get help and a some sort of solution. From what I've seen its gotten worse and im VERY worried about being left on the hook paying a premium for a product and company that doesnt stand behind their product and have a actual person customer CARE line. Proceed with caution

The coffee is great but the customer service is non-existent. They shorted my delivery by a box of coffee which is decently expensive. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. The issue is that it's been days since my first email and no reply. I tried calling and you reach an automated message which instructs you to email or text and then disconnects. When you text the number they auto-reply and say it will be up to another business day before they get back with you. I have yet to receive any communication that is not automated.

I have 1 star and Comeeter did not deserve this 1 star. they have fake added subscriptions to my account for $73. 99 each month I keep sending text messages and getting getting no where.I never agreed to any subscriptions and have been trying g to stop this FRAUD!!!! So BEWARE of any free samples in the mall . Total CROOKS! Still trying to stop them from charging my account $73.99 each month. I am a senior citizen and distinctly remember letting the salesperson know I was not ok with any subscriptions she kept telling me over and over it’s a one time purchase .They cheated and lied to Me and trying to make it seem as if I agreed . It’s a lie ! It’s Fraud and it’s calling scamming the consumer!! It’s a shame people have to make money this way.. So Sad, to hurt people this way! That you have to steal from people!

Coffee is pretty good but shipping and customer service are a mess. They've sent the wrong orders three times in recent months, most recently not sending any of the eight coffees I'd ordered and instead sending four that I hadn't ordered. When customer service finally got back to me, they told me they were out of stock of several coffees from my original order. They also use OnTrac in California, a cheap and unreliable shipper. The website is a mess and cancelling your subscription is made deliberately difficult (and they don't allow you to delete your credit card info, even after you've cancelled your sub). Every detail beyond the coffee itself feels like a scam. Avoid.

Was satisfied in the beginning and I will say the coffee is quite good however, customer service leaves much to be desired. I have ran into difficulties with deliveries in the past w/ the most recent being never receiving my subscription order. yet. I was charged full price for it ( not receiving my customer subscription discount) and now I’m still trying to resolve this issue. My best suggestion is try to locate a store nearby you that sells their product and purchase from them. It’s a shame because it is a good product just a poorly run company.

They force a subscription and make it impossible to cancel. I just got charged $121 for coffee. Complete garbage. The coffee tastes good but if you live in the south it comes defrosted and warm after they charge $10 in shipping.

A company that approaches customer with a lie right out the gate (invested 100 million for a coffee instant freeze machine line that costs a couple million) can never be trusted! Stay clear

The fact that Cometeer refuses to talk to you via customer service line is unacceptable. I'm trying to update my profile payment card and they keep sending me a link which I'm not receiving (nor is the link going to my junk folder). My shipment is on hold as a result. Why can't Cometeer just allow you to change your card on file via the profile section? Frustrating. Very cumbersome.
