Worst customer service ever jesus christ. Transfer here and there. And then I CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE PERSON HELPING ME WITH THEIR THICK ACCENT. So hard to do anything with these guys. Literally on the phone right now and I cant even get a human on the phone. jfc.......

Constant spam. I recieve 5+ letter per WEEK from comcast business, despite the fact that I already use their service. They are disguised in important looking envelopes saying "time sensitive, open immediately" and other seemingly important vague labels. I have called them multiple times and filled out there online form to remove myself from mailing list. Still receive dozens of these per month. Makes zero sense.

I want to pay a flat rate for Internet connectivity indefinitely. I do not want to call your representative every two years to play a numbers game. I want a solid rate that lasts indefinitely. This is not a discounted contractual rate that spontaneously results in marketing phone calls and my time being wasted when it is about to expire. All I need from a service provider is the service, not a game to keep the price reasonable. I am more than happy to find an alternative provider now that there is one available.

At this point, i can't even review the service. What i can review is custumer service. I made a request and someone reached out mentioning a survey of land, said they'd get back to me in roughly a week, never heard from him again, despite my attempts to reach back out. If you can't appease to your customers and at least take acknowledgement, what kind of business are you?

Worst customer service. Long waits to speak with customer service. Fees to set up "new contract" even when you are already receiving services....such a scam.

The worst experience I’ve ever delt with. Sales signed our business up, scheduled installation. Installer came out, tore our box and wires out of building, said they needed a tech to come fix a problem, and he would be back that evening. Tech shows up, says problem is fixed but can’t get in touch with installer. Called comcast. 2.5 hours later and literally 10 different transfers they can’t see where anyone came out and says I don’t have service at the location yet we’ve got a bill. Asked to cancel service only to be transferred again and still service on an account that was never installed. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced and I’m technically not even a customer yet, although their billing system says we are.

I really wish I could give no stars. Cancelled service the proper way almost 6 months ago and I am still fighting with them to stop billing us. They show all records for disconnect but despite that we are now in collections and still fighting to get them to erase the false charges. Hours and hours wasted on the phone and every time they promise to fix it. Do yourself a big favor and go with Verizon.
