It’s cheaper is $55 per month no contract we can cancel at any time very fast Internet very clear so if you need Internet nowadays, don’t let Comcast steal your money switch to STARLINK no contract month-to-month fast quick customer service is super.

Run Run as Fast as you can. Totally deceptive on pricing. Supposed to have a fixed rate for two years and price increased almost 20% over that time. And then when I dropped internet service and just had voice they said rate would be $73 per month. A high amount, but OK for one month as I would be changing at that time. However failed to mention the Directory Listing Fee $11, Voice Network Investment $11, Universal Service Fund $4.68, Regulatory Cost Recovery $5.58 and then the usual Taxes and Gov't Fees of $15.15 so now the bill is $120 which is about $35 less than price with internet. Originally the phone was charged at $20 month plus taxes. Hopefully greed will be their downfall. When I established service with them two years ago they said I could buy my own Modem/router. Otherwise it would cost $20 month for theirs. I purchased the router only to be told by the installer there are no compatible routers and I would have to rent theirs. So, had to pay over $500 for the two years for a $300 modem/router that I do not even own.

Half a star if I could. The service sucks, it’s overpriced and they block the porting the number when switching to a new provider.

Gouging - $600+/mo for just internet. Ask them to review and they came down to $379. AT&T for more bandwidth is $89. All this and my speeds are less than 1/2 promised. Just a joke, they get you, fabricate the truth and then gouge you. Comcast model.

The customer service people I spoke with regarding my home and 2 businesses were so incompetent that we moved all of our business away from them. It took 3 days and 5 hours on the phone to cancel my services. My cell phones were disconnected and not unlocked for almost 36 hours. One of my businesses is a Medical transportation company. We take people to cancer treatments, dialysis, and other lifesaving services. This did not matter to Comcast and their terrible customer service team. Half the people I spoke with did not speak english clearly and when I asked for someone else I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Again, terrible customer service. Stay away from Comcast/Xfinity. Not worth the hassle.

It is so interesting to see Comcast charge businesses 2 to 3 times the price for the use of the exact same services. Of course they lock you out of STATIC IP's unless you pay for business service. comcast business always has price increases and when there are issues with service all you get is "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE". Comcast has become the next Microsoft. They will buy out every competitor or block the ability to install service, or require the competitor to use their lines and charge a total premium in order to ensure comcast billing looks competitive. It is time to do the MA BELL BREAK UP AGAIN!!! I have watched my bill go up by almost 75.00 in a year. The excuse is "contract expired" - which, interestingly, the contract only locks you into paying for service and they build in price hikes throughout the contract. "COST OF OPERATION" requires general price hikes. And the famous "Server Expansion and better speed enhancement". All of these have some truth; however, comcast bills businesses for the build-out cost (install lines to provide service). They lie to customers all of the time without accountability.

They have bad customers service and they do contract with you to make the bill low and then the bill go up from $125 to $160 and if you cancel the service they charge you more than $1000 also they are out of service many-time during the year

I Terminate my service in June and turn in the EQU in June they continuing to charge my business through September saying I had a fee and all the sudden my bill went from 195 a month to 450 a month after I call in and canceled !! TOTAL RIP OFF THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
