ColourTreeReviews of colourtreeusa.com

Just what I expected, custom sizes and color made to especifications requested. Delivered on time. Thank you!

Great customer service - fast communication and response times. Professional.

I ordered a product and it arrived as ordered in good condition. I won’t be installing it until the weather improves this spring.

The shade sail I ordered was dirty as if someone had received it and returned it. I emailed my concerns and was asked to provide photos of the dirt marks and such and that a new shade would be made and sent to me. Anyhow, ColourTree was very professional in handling my complaint which was refreshing in an Era of nonexistent customer service. I would recommend them.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish including a return. The product is wonderful

Did NOT get it

does not cover full fence dogs see through. 4 foot fence has 3 inches at top and bottom where the black tarp does not cover. Our dogs can also see through the black fencing which defeats the purpose of why we bought it.

Quick turnaround and customer service is wonderful.
