Well, the lady I talk to on the phone super nice and took care of my problems because my first shipment the FedEx driver did not read the package because it stated put box by black gate down the driveway he put it by the trashcan by the road, so somebody took it so my second shipment I had the eyelids were you put the Zip tie were broken on a couple of them I don’t think they were fastened very well. Hopefully I don’t have any issues when it gets windy.

Customer service was very helpful. Returned my calls when needed. I've ordered from you before (mostly on Amazon) and never been disappointed with your product.
