Great service and product!

I had a warranty issue and they responded fast. Had a replacement shipped in a couple of days

The free samples arrived quickly and were very helpful in making a decision on color and material, I will be placing an order soon. Thank you

Nice product but very slow return process, poor communication and turn around time for wrong size

great, i had a shade from them, its so nice and quality is also good and they also gave me additional 5 percent discount amazing.

Bought a sail 2 years ago and they really help reduce the temperature and give shade.

My custom order shade sail was ordered online on a Saturday evening and delivered to my door the following Saturday. I was amazed at the quick production and delivery. The sail's quality was exactly as described and certainly lives up to that. Thank you.

Just made a purchase and wanted to ask a question. No and I mean no one would answer the phone. What about the online "chat" help. No and I mean NO ONE would respond. Will never use them again.
