I love Colourpop so much! I got their hocus pocus collection and i love every bit of it.

The colors are great, easy to blend and match. Long lasting color and high pigmentation. Have been wearing all of the products i bought since i receivwd them.

I love colourpop, but the collections are becoming repetitive and not as exciting as before.

I would have given 5 stars a couple years ago. Sadly, all we can notice now is poor customer service and so frequent releases that it’s hard to keep up. My go to products are basically never restocked so I had to look for them elsewhere. If you are international customer like me and something is wrong with your order, you’ll have to chase CS for a reply and all you’ll have is a discount code for the next time. Even if you have broken items. Prices do increase and quality is becoming worse in my opinion. It used to be my fave brand of all times, now I just feel like they don’t care about their customers anymore. Too bad.

Great customer service, they keep you updated when shipments are delayed.

Received incorrect items the first time and last time I bought anything and when I reached out, I never heard back. Kinda crummy that their only method of communication was via the email box on their website.
