The products are good but the service is lacking. The processing time for orders is way too long as well as the shipping times. I also feel like there is a lack of clarify and resolution when an issue brought up, such as the black flame candle shipping separately without any mention of it with the purchase of the Hocus Pocus coven crew collection.

Colourpop used to my favorite until they stop releasing as many sss, the different colors, I mean the wide range of colors, it seems like just a repeat of colors now...no bright or neon greens, yellow, orange, not even pastel of these colors...we need more of these colors along with silver, grey, etc..I miss the sss..
