Very disappointed with Colourpop over the latest hocus picks collection that included the black flame candle. I like many others only purchased the whole collection to get the candle to have for Halloween, and to be notified after we ordered that it would ship separately and still do not have the candle the week after Halloween. That was very shady to not let customers know beforehand we wouldn’t have the candle before Halloween knowing that’s why most people bought it for. Nowhere I bought from that shippers from California had these so called shipping restrictions that only this candle had. They should have been honest up front before we ordered that we would not have the candle before Halloween. I’ll never order from Colourpop again after this shadiness.

No communication with customers and a very unreliable experience

I love colourpop products. The only issue that occurred with my past orders were always fixed. Shipment arrivals always take a while to get to me, even before COVID. I have always been happy with the products I have ordered and used.

Super cute packaging and bright, rich colors!

It’s inexpensive and very good quality makeup! Their eyeshadows and highlighters are some of my favorite!
