I ordered a an entire collection, and an item from that collection was not in my package. I've been waiting an entire month for that item. This purchase was expensive.

My package from ColourPop was stolen from my apartment complex and when I emailed customer service they looked into it and sent me a brand new package. They updated me with the tracking more than before to make sure my package got to me this time. I love the quality of the makeup and I will always order from this brand!

I loved you guys until I bought the new hocus pocus collection just for the candle and then it took forever to receive the candle. There was very minimal communication about what was happening. I want you guys to accept returns or at least give people the opportunity to cancel items in their order if the items have not shipped. There have been a couple times where ten minutes after I submit an order, I want to cancel a couple of items.

This is one of my favorite makeup brands. They always have the most amazing collabs. The prices are wonderful. I have issues telling myself no whenever I see a new collection.

I have waited nearly a month and a half for a Halloween item. Halloween has come and gone. Still haven't received my item. I have reached out to the company MULTIPLE times, only to receive automated responses. Sadly, they ever offered to refund my money or make this right. Will NEVER use ColourPop again!

They didn’t reply to me after they said no refund. I got an email saying I can get a refund. No one replied until I finally got the shipment email. Then I got a reply saying sorry no refund your order has shipped…. Well yeah y’all waited to email me back until my order was shipped. I want a refund and I can send it back…… I wanted the stuff for Halloween and Halloween is over. I bought my own spooky candles since this one didn’t arrive.
