I love how pigmented the shadows are & how they apply with minimal fallout

Never received. Awkward customer service interactions. All fine when buying not so fine with refunds.

Horrible. The shipment delay and the missing items that I am still missing. No one has reached back out to me in any of my emails. Not a great customer service experience.

Love their products but their shipping department and customer service is horrible. My shipments are constantly missing items, broken or in numerous cases someone else’s order is packed in a box with my address. For these issues to occur occasionally is one thing, but to have issue with every order I place is just lazy workers not wanting to do their job. Trying to resolve issues by filling out the form on their website, submitting and waiting for days and weeks for a response is ridiculous. Sometimes I don’t get a response at all and have to take my complaints to social media and post numerous times, which conveniently gets deleted 90% of the time but some of them slip through and stay which generates a lot of traffic with people having similar issues. This is when someone on their team finally notices and responds. Absolutely ridiculous that loyal customers have to go through any of this!

I absolutely love my pallet. The colors are amazing and shine and look so pretty. I also love the bind mirror. Hocus Pocus has always been one of my all time favorite Halloween movies. I am so happy to have gotten this pallet and mirror. Hopefully I can get the the rest of the set and the whole other set too
