To always loved your company until I ordered the Hocus Pocus eyeshadow. It came broken so I contacted colourpop regarding the issue which took them awhile to get back to me. They finally sent out a replacement product which also came broke. I again reached out to the company numerous times before someone finally responded. They emailed me a coupon code for the amount of the eyeshadow to use towards next purchase. I responded with that I was afraid to order from he company again to send me a refund which they did but I didn’t like how they worded it as “a courtesy refund”. I felt it was offensive when I obviously wanted the item and obviously didn’t break it myself.

what more can i say. i NEEDED the hocus pocus collections. Gorgeous packaging amazing colors and awesome pigmented color payoff from each product. I especially love the super shock shadows and the silky lip creme formulas
