I absolutely love everything I have ever gotten from Colourpop. I haven't ventured out into complexion Cosmetics yet, but I want to kind of blame it on covid and not being able to try the foundation or the concealer on for a proper color match at Ulta. However, I have tons of pallets from them! The shadows come in ALL different types (such as their signature SuperShock shadows). They are amazing to blend and all pallets work together. I love the collaborations and the ideas. I prefer cool tones. The fact that they come out with specific cool tone shade pallets makes me feel like it's just for me! My eyes always look stunning and it's inexpensive. I would never use the word cheap because the Cosmetics are not cheap quality, they are amazing quality for not much money. I suggest everyone try them out! There's SOOOOO much more than just eyeshadow though. They've got the whole range. The cream eye liner goes on like a dream and stays put. Did I mention the mass amount of colors they have?! The lippies are essential to any collection, liner too! No lip product ever leaves you feeling dry. They're gorgeous. I've not gotten to try the everything, but I plan on it. I could go on and on, but just see for yourself!

The reason I rate 1 the lowest possible is from my last order. I ordered the hocupocus coven collection which included a candle in the collection set. I also order another eyeshadow from the collection. I didn't receive the candle nor the additional eyeshadow kit. When contacting I was told candle would be sent our separate and I got a replacement eyeshadow. However some people apparently got emails in advance advising of the candle shipping separately. However I never received an email I now set here again months later with no candle and again some people were offered refunds and emails but nothing for me and not even a response to the customer service. Their products are usually good but due to the service and their bad communication I am not looking into buying again from the company.

I had issues with the eyeliner pot was dried out and i emailed customer service they asked me to take a picture of the box product and packing slip which i did. Then I never received an email back for follow up so 2 weeks later i followed up and the rep said there was nothing they could do. I tried ordering again and this time I purchased the Hocus Pocus Deluxe Package and my candle arrived 4 weeks late and my mirror never came and the customer dept was very rude.

Everything was perfect! The pallette, highlighter, lip balms and the cat mirror are so beautiful and the quality of the products is amazing. So soft and vibrant colors, this make up is a dream! And the shipping, all the time i've been informed about where was my purchase.

Colour-pop products are just as good as these high-end if not better! and they're affordable love all their creative collections they come out with always the best quality super creative! Just hope they bring the Becky G collection back!
