Still have yet to receive my black flame candle. This was wanted as a gift for Halloween and it's November. Literally pay for something to not arrive is prime example of what not to do, then to give excuses such as we didn't ship cause of weight makes 0 sense. Listen simply admit mistakes were made, it's that simple.

I am still missing my spider stamp. I have not received any form of update about my missing product. Was supposed to have received item before Halloween.

It's a wonderful website to find good products for a very low price. The only problem is when you live outside the US and you have to pay the import duty which is more expensive than a palette's price... It'd be a great idea to do something about that for Belgian and French customers :) Or open a depot in Europe!!

Great affordable makeup products but shipping needs improvement,takes long to ship and I live in same state.cant beat the price for quality just wish they would not release so often

I recently bought the Tulle color liquid lipstick and I love it. It’s true to the color and doesn’t bleed like other lipsticks.

The pigments were super vibrant, and I love the designs for the packaging. I got the Hocus Pocus Collab and it was so worth it, I really want to get the Nightmare before Christmas one next. <3
