The eyeshadow is amazing, all of them! I have always used upscale Urban Decay, Anastasia BH, Bobby Brown. I had heard a lot of good things about colourpop so decided to try it out. I have now ordered numerous pallets and use them exclusively. I regret how much money I spent on other brands. The quality is amazing. I have greasy Mediterranean eyes, and even with primer getting eyeshadow to stay out of my crease and to stay in play for a day has never been possible. This stuff doesn’t move. I have accidentally fallen asleep in it a few times and woke up to it looking just as good as it did when i put it on the day before, no primer at all. It can take a little while to get to you after ordering, but it is definitely worth the wait! Strongly recommend blowing Smoke (rare to find a matte white-gray-black palette, and it works with all the other color palettes very nicely), In a Trance, and Powderpuff Girls.

Bought the hocus pocus cosmetic set that came with the candle so she can use it for this years Halloween season and the candle arrived extremely late. I got the candle two days ago and when I said I wanted to do a refund I was told no because the candle had been shipped. I asked for a return label so I can return everything and get my money back and I have not heard back.

I was really impressed with these products. Absolutely love the packaging. First time with purchasing this brand and they didn't disappoint. Thank you.

Terrible shipping awful customer service

Honestly I like the colors of the palette but it’s a lot smaller than what I pictured. I thought there would be bigger sizes and I know I’ve gotten other products that are the same size for less money. I’m slightly disappointed but the pigments are great

I’m in love with everything I have gotten from colourpop. The glitter pigments are amazing. The super shock shadows are so good! All the eyeshadows are amazing pigment and buildable. I now have a colourpop obsession.

This review has NOTHING to do with Colourpop’s products and everything to do with their awful customer service. They don’t even have a phone number you can call and that tells you everything you need to know about how much they care about their customers. This would be understandable if they at least had a good email system but they don’t even have that. Average is 2-4 days for them to respond to an email. Ridiculous. I submitted a request to cancel part of my order, which they had emailed me I would be able to request, and by the time the email rep (or bot would be more accurate) finally responded to my email, the Halloween item that had been 6 weeks pending has already shipped. Not an apology from any rep I talked to. Nothing. What a joke of a company. What kind of company ships out partial orders and AFTERWARDS apologizes for the rest of the order being late?! They should at least have the courtesy to give the customer the option to cancel before the order ships out. It’s almost like they intentionally shipped part of the order so their customer’s couldn’t open unfulfilled order complaints with their credit card or PayPal accounts. So disappointed is an understatement.
