I cannot say enough great things about Colourpop- though I may be biased because it’s my favorite makeup company ever! All of my money goes to each & every “whole” collection whether I’m truly a fan or not; I just adore the carton boxing, themes & the products are by far the BEST quality for the most incredible pricing. Just today I ordered the Lucky Penny collection- which thrilled me because orange is my favorite color! I cannot wait to view in person; The pictures alone have me in love! Another plus about my favorite company is also purchasing SOL body; Today I had to re-stock my normal face routine products. The scents alone had me sold initially & then I learned I FINALLY found an affordable brand that helps with my sensitive, dry skin. Thank you guys for making us makeup addicts the most adorable keepsake collections! I hope in the near future to see a Polly Pocket collection :)

I contacted multiple times, and my issue was never resolved. I was basically scolded when trying to get help to fix my order before it had shipped.

I’ve never had too many issues with colourpop however my last order has changed that. They took my money and sent my partial order. They didn’t have it posted until after you check out that the item would be sent separately. Then when I inquired about it they told me it would be sent separately but failed to tell me that they didn’t even have it in stock to send. I received my partial order over a month ago. As of a month and two weeks later I am still without my full order. I asked for compensation for being lied to and they have denied any sort of customer service. I will never buy from colourpop again and will let everyone know why.

My order (and subsequent replacement order) have both been lost in the mail at the same place. Transferring from DHL to USPS. They’ve refused to help or give me a refund when there is obviously something wrong with the way they’re shipping to the United States. Will never order from them again.
