Shipping Error and Customer Service Woes
All round terrible experience dealing with the Company. I had purchased the new Hocus Pocus as a gift, I had expected delays due to shipping and what not. With absolutely no communication to me after over a month waiting the package was sent back due to error with the customs forms. I contacted them and they apologies to do the exact same thing with the order again. When dealing with customer service I dealt with someone who appeared to not read messages offering a half hearted apology as I explained the situation. When they then responded with your package will be with hopefully be with you shortly I stated that this was an error on their end again due to the custom forms as seen in screenshots I had attached and another operator responded saying refund processed communicate with bank on further matters. The sheer disrespect and incompetence shown by this company is beyond anything I have dealt with! If they offered an sincer apologize for the messing up the orders the same way TWICE, I would it was just an unfortunate accident due to the volume of shipping but the rudeness of the customer service people have me fuming. If you can avoid it I suggest not shopping with this awful company!
