Great customer service, I received a response right away!

Ordered package and never received it. I also never got a refund. I’ve tried contacting colorpop MULTIPLE times and haven’t gotten ahold of anyone

I ordered the Hello Kitty blush, lip balm and scrub for my granddaughter for Christmas. She has very sensitive skin and I wanted to purchase quality makeup for her. I was referred to the Colourpop site by a sales associate while shopping for clothes! She raved about the products and I was grateful for the referral. I look forward to watching my granddaughter enjoy her new set!

I love colourpop. It’s my favorite brand. The product I collect is the eyeshadow. They are so creamy and affordable when compared to other brands. I do wish that Ulta had a larger colourpop selection. I like to shop online but it’s better to see the colors in person. In the past year I’ve purchased over $1,000 from the website and only had one damaged item and customer service sent me out a replacement.

My daughter is gonna love the pallets I bought her. They are all beautiful and arrived fast.

Smooth creamy texture that I wasn’t expecting from a matte. Stays on and on.

Love the products great quality. The only thing is it’s hard to find a color match if they don’t have swatches.
