Received wrong item

Products are good but shipping and having to deal with customer services is the worst

I love Colourpop products the most. Keep up the good work! Gorgeous packaging, amazing formula, affordable prices, I love the pressed glitters the most. The shipping was very speedy lately which I appreciate very much. I loved the holiday collabs so much this year the ‘90s kid inside me is so happy 😁. The artwork has been on point lately. I especially liked the style of the Tinkerbell Palette. I would like a metal themed palette 🤘just sayin. But not pink. like Metallics and glitters and such. Love u guys and keep up the good work.

I used to love their unique formulas and collections but they've discontinued so many loved products, quality control has taken a huge hit and the new collections coming out once a week are far too much. I haven't bought for a bit and have started exploring other brands that don't throw the same nude shades in a palette with a new name and wonder why we just aren't excited anymore. I want Colourpop, not Nudiepop shoving the same stuff down our throats every week. Bring back the SSS!!
