One of the products was broken and they are not replacing it. It was a gift so it wasn't opened immediately and since it's past the15 days they refused to replace it.

Amazing products but I can never get ahold of a representative even when I email them I get nothing back. Really shows that they have no customer service.

so far so good. am still satisfied by the services, prices, and the offers they provide even in the middle of covid pandemic, it is still acceptable to me compared to many others coporates. i only wish they would upgrades their skin care products more towarda acne prone skin care as it is my main target products

The product is beautiful. It took a very long time to get to me though.
