Three times I tried to order product, and three times my order was immediately canceled, due to issues with separate credit cards that I have no issues with on other websites. When I asked for some specific reasoning, I was given the exact same, word-for-word, impersonal message twice that did not address/solve the issue. The customer service was horrible. I would hesitate to recommend ColourPop for this reason.

I love ColourPop products and have always had a good experience with not only their items, but their customer service. The items always shipped promptly and packaged well. They make sure to put enough bubble wrap and use sturdy packaging to send. They also have tremendous deals that you don't have to go dig around for. I recently did an order and had no idea there was a free palette promotion. They just told me about it at check out and I'm SO glad I didn't miss out!! I would not hesitate to order from them again.

They took my money but not send me the complete items, they neither offer me a refund, just a coupon code wich it doesn't work for me because I'm from South America and I precisely bought the exact amount for a free shipping package . This is the first and the last time I buy from this suspicious company, give me my money back.
