My item was sent with incomplete address. When I ask for them to resend they said that they where out of stock.

I love your response time, with your customer service and the trust in customers as many many others make it extremely hard to trust. However I love your products thus far but the duty ratings are huge, like over 35 I think for two browsticks that I ordered almost 2mths ago have not made it to me aswell as the cooling ball things. I actually received and order I placed after the orders i still haven't received are amazing, I love the range of colors or Lipps liners, I plan to order more alot more....but really have an issue with price change and waiting time.....

I absolutely love ColourPop eyeshadow palettes! They colors are bright and super pigmented, they blend so well. The glitter shadows actually stay put instead of falling all over your face. I recently bought the Nightmare before Christmas set and I absolutely am in love! I highly recommend ColourPop if you want good quality product at a fraction of a price.

Fantastic products! Shadows blend like butter! Face milks and serums keep my skin looking perfect all the time! ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about every product I've ever purchased!

I ordered a christmas present November 5. In transit forever, kept saying in was in my city. No one contacted me about this. Dec 10 I contacted colour pop and was told sorry not getting your package. No chance of reordering before christmas. If I hadn't investigated by contacting the delivery services then contacting colour pop, would I still be waiting???

I have placed an order since the beginning of November, more than a month has passed and I still have not received my products, I am totally disappointed in Coulour pop since they do not give me a concrete answer and I demand my money back

No refunds or exchanges? What kind of legit company has that policy? SMH
