Loved the colors and blending abilities. Packaging is great and cute. The only thing that would make it even better is a mirror! Love my purchase.

The eyeshadow pallets are awesome and very pigmented. There is always so much to choose from. Lipsticks are amazing too. You get great stuff for a great price!!

The products are great for the most part. I items I got that weren't dried out applied easily and had good pigment. However, the customer service is awful. I reached out multiple times about items i recieved being completely dried and never heard back from them! Would rather spend my money on a company that cares about their customers and the experience they get with their products

The problem is not much product for the price almost reminded me of something my 8 year would play qith over hyped and my palette fell apart i am glad this wasnt purchased for a gift i would have been embarrassed to give it to someone

Absolutely love color pop I’ve been ordering from them for years and never had an issue. The products are amazing and the shipping is fast. Recently 1 shade in my yoda palette was falling out when I recieved it and they shipped me a new one the next week! Customer service is the best :) thanks for all you guys do!

I placed an order Nov 6, 2021 and have yet to receive it...I've request a refund as per your suggestion to which I replied on Thursday Dec 9, 2021 and have yet to hear bad...I have sent several emails requesting to have a manager contact me but no reply...I spent over $300.

I never got my order. It’s been over a month now. Customer service has not been helpful at all. I issued a formal complaint, asked to speak to someone higher up and all of my requests were ignored. There is no number to call so all of this had to be done by email and is still not resolved. This has been terrible experience and I will not be ordering from Colourpop ever again.
