Le site est top, les produits sont de bonne qualité avec beaucoup de pigmentation, envoi rapide. Par contre, je n'aime pas trop le service client si vous avez un souci avec votre commande. La résolution de problème est vite expédié.

I did not receive my package and I reached our to customer service and have not yet received a response. This issue has transpired for about a month now. Such a shame as I have loved colourpop products and have been collecting their palettes for over a year now.

I absolutely love the colors! They colors go on true and last all day. You can't ask for more! Thank you Colourpop!

2 full sized items were missing from my order. i messaged customer service who only sent me a voucher for the value of the products, which were on sale. #1. i just wanted to receive my items, not a voucher. #2. they don’t even offer a refund. #3. the voucher isn’t even eligible on a lot of stuff, including anything that has any kind of discount. #4. i live in the uk, so in ordering my replacement items, which because it has to be full price i could probably only get 1 item, i have to pay the duties, taxes and shipping AGAIN! worst company ever, don’t bother.
