Items in the pallet was hard to the…
Items in the pallet was hard to the touch. This was a gift for my daughter. Tried to return but was told I couldn't only option was credit for ones she couldn't use. Customer service was bad. Could only communicate through email. No phone contact available. Would not buy from this company again

WORST POLICIES EVER
I had missing items and because I couldn't provide a picture of the items I DID receive, I got nothing replaced. I had already sent out the items received as a Christmas gift and did not have time to wait. I will never buy from here again and will be sure to warn others!!

Bambi collection
Some of the makeup I received wasn’t in good conditions. Some of it looked like it was used. And the pencil wasn’t fully. When I tried using it the crayon fell inside.
