I love colourpop, they always have the best color pallettes and variety in colors.

I ordered an eyeshadow palette well before Christmas for my sister-in-law, it arrived smashed, I immediately reached out to customer service. The replacement did not arrive until the new year. There was plenty of time to resend the replacement with expedited shipping to arrive before the holiday. I reached back out to customer service and kept getting automated responses about "shipping delays," funny, none of the other small businesses I ordered from had that kind of issue. This issue is still not resolved, they've simply stopped answering. Horrible customer service, horrible shipping standards, for an ok quality eye shadow palette. There are plenty of other brands with equivalent pricing and quality nowadays. This is not the first time something has arrived broken from Colourpop, but it will be the last. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Got a few palettes as a Christmas gift for my friend, and, as in past experiences with Colourpop, got fantastic quality products considering the price! Not the fastest shipping so definitely order earlier rather than later, but I got an update every time something happened so there’s no need to worry about the shipping, either. Gorgeous color schemes and arrived with no damage and no fallout in the pans. The colors look beautiful on her! As always, I’m extremely pleased with this brand and the products they produce.

I used to buy from this brand at least once a week. Then I didn't buy anything for about 2 months. For the past 2 months I try to purchase and now it keeps canceling my orders. I have sent multiple messages and never get a response so I'm very disappointed in this company now. So I buy from other brands now cuz colourpop does not have good customer service at all. Mind u this used to be the only brand I would buy from but now I no longer want to have anything to do with this company.
