Good service, items very well packaged and safely received

The delivery took over a month and the product was very bad it had hardly any pigment and was smashed when it got here.

Awesome lipstick

Good brand, great value. Anything CS related feels like pulling teeth. They dont read your message, send the same stock message over and over. Otherwise such a great brand.

I ordered 5 palettes of eye shadow for my daughter for Christmas. She is a make up artist and loved the idea of having the palettes that marked her childhood. So I ordered the Lizzy Maguire, Hocus Pocus, Power puff Girls, Nightmare Before Christmas and Sailor Moon palettes. My daughter absolutely loved all the makeup and the handy mirror she received. The only reason she is giving 4 out of 5 stars is because she hasn't tried any other of your products yet! But I'm sure she will. Thank you for making her Christmas present an awesome one :)

I'm so happy that I discovered Colourpop several years back - they're so much more affordable than luxury brand makeup, but despite that the quality in my opinion is excellent, and their customer service is exceptional as well. The only issue I ever had with them was that by accident I was sent the wrong color lipstick - I sent them an email describing the problem and after confirming the proper shade they promptly sent out right product without me having to do any extra steps. If you haven't checked out this Indie makeup brand and love makeup then you should definitely give them try! :)

I usually love the company and quick shipping, but I never received my packages, and I couldn’t change my address before the products shipped because I ordered past 5pm. I spent nearly $100 on 2 orders and didn’t receive a single thing.

Fatal, hice un pedido por el Black Friday y lleva desde el 3 de diciembre parado. Contacte con Colourpop y me enviaron uno de remplazo que se supone salió el 29 de diciembre y aun nada de nada. No volveré a comprar. Día 18 de enero: actualizo situación. Me llega el pedido de remplazo y colourpop no ha pagado las tasas, que yo si pague en su día, 24,26 € poca broma. NO VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR
