My purchase from US to Hong Kong always need to wait for 3-4 weeks. It is too long and there is no option for shorter delivery time with additional delivery fee. Except once there is one super shock eyeshadow cracked inside. I hope more precaution to take to prevent this problem. The products are good.

I have ordered a few times now from Colourpop and the one time something came broken they gave me a discount coupon for my next order the catch was that I only order once a year so the coupon was going to expire before I could use it. When I told them as such they immediately issued a full refund for the broken product and let me keep the product

I ordered the plumping lip gloss in princess cut and I never received it. I had no way of accessing customer service because I couldn’t log onto my account. My email and password were the same and yet I had no way of login into my account. Anyways, I love colourpop products but I hate their website.

Vorsicht Betrug: Habe Bestellung gemacht über 49 USD, danach wurden verschiedene Abbuchungen von über 1200 USD gemacht und es wäre weitergegangen hätte die Bank das nicht bemerkt und meine Karte gesperrt. Lasst die Hände von Colourpop!!!!
