Disappointing service
Most of the products I bought I love, but when I was inspecting my package I opened my set of Poppin’ colour duo colour set to check out the colours and a whole tube was missing the the gel liner inside. Obviously very disappointed.

My package never came when I went…
My package never came when I went online to contact somebody they told me I would have to file a dispute with the mail carrier which they still haven’t reached back out to me so I haven’t got my product or my money back color pop kind of sucks

Great customer service
Great customer service! I left a review for a lip product saying that it looked a lot different from what was pictured online. They reached it to me and told me to pick out a different shade and they would send it to me free of charge.
