Excellent. Actually its my first time buying Colourpop's products and I'm satisfied. But honestly there was a problem, one product was missing and they just give me a coupon. I got very disappointed.

I've been buying from them for years, made 15-20 orders. I've never had any issues, no makeup ever arrived broken, everything is packaged very nicely. The few times I talked to customer support was because I asked questions about their products. They were all answered within a day or two and the person was always curtious and professional. Really, nothing to complain about, great company, no issues in all my years of using their products.

Very disappointed with quality.

My only criticism is that the cost of international shipments to Spain are expensive. Many times I do not buy because although you are making offers, the cost of shipping and fees is as high as the discount applied.

Love Colourpop! Vibrant, cute colors and high quality products at an affordable price. Their collaborations are always a lot of fun.
