There is just not much pigment at all. Very underwhelming. Tried every method of application, looked up YouTube videos. Best vid I tried was smithas and I think the best method was patting it on the lid with a bare finger without setting the primer. I like my shimmers to have impact, these are not that.

Parcel was late to be received. Once received, was missing an item. It took me over two weeks, several pictures (of what I HAD received and that in which I did not), videos and several copies of the Invoice etc. Instead of sending me a replacement for the item I did not receive, they sent me a promo code for a discount. When I asked for free shipping with this promo code, they denied it. I then asked for a refund, as this was a lose\lose for me either way. It was such a hassle to rectify an issue that started on their end. I promise to NEVER order from here again.

I ordered the left on red mascara and when i first tried it on the product was almost completely dried out and wouldn’t apply correctly. I waited really long for this item since i ordered it from the us to the EU and was really disappointed.

the eye pallet was a great value but the eye primer was garbage. The primer was dried up and worthless

The colors are vibrant. They apply easily, and blend nicely. My eyeshadow stays in place all day too! I love these! I will buy again!
