I've only ever had an issue with two products from Colourpop that was clearly a damage issue from shipping and Colourpop immediately offered to replace the products. Everything has been more than satisfactory and I 100% recommend for affordable makeup that's fun, beautiful, and great quality.

I love Colourpop! I bought some things from the Avatar the Last Airbender collection and as always the shipping was super quick. The products are well made and don’t affect my sensitive skin. They’re so pigmented and well made. The highlighter I got has such cool hints of blue in it I got several compliments when wearing it. Thanks again for great products!

Products are good quality but I was shipped the wrong item and they wouldn’t resend the proper item they just gave me a discount code and made me pay for shipping again which sucked because that was extra money I couldn’t really afford but I had to to get my wife her birthday presents
