I never received my products
I never received my products. There was a mix up with the address and so I asked them to send me another or help in anyway. It was sent out so nothing could be done. So I don't know what the product was like I never received it.

Customer Service At Colourpop
I received my $127.83 order today and two eye palettes were missing from the order. I have not received any positive cooperation from Colourpop in getting what I paid for in this order. In the past I have not had any trouble getting great orders fully filled. Now I am being asked to send copies of everything they should have on file already. I usually make two orders each month. I love the products and they make wonderful gifts for my family and friends.
